Eva was born in Poland and immigrated to the United States with her parents. She spent her school year in Colorado and her vacation time in her home country. Later she attended the University of Colorado Health and Sciences Center studying anatomy and biology. Afterwards, she attended the Colorado School of Healing Arts studying massage therapy, ayurveda, traditional chinese medicine, and occupational therapy. Having a love for the holistic healing arts and yoga, she studied under Mara Ina Healy of Charlotte, NC for her 200hr and 300hr yoga teacher trainings and an additional 100hrs of internal practices with Lama Andrey Lappa. Currently, Eva is fine tuning her Ayurvedic knowledge under John Immel of Joyful Belly in Asheville, NC.
Eva is an ambassador for Bali Malas, traveling to yoga festivals and yoga studios spreading the love of mantra, japa, and meditation. Also, she is the owner and creator of The Shala Eva Yogini, a holistic healing practice where she can interact with clients and give other holistic practictionars a place to work.
Eva lives with her husband and two children in a little piece of country heaven on the border of West Virginia and Kentucky and enjoys time off at her home in New Port Richey, Florida.
